How The Best Life Diet Works

The Best Life Diet plan is a well-known lifestyle weight loss plan. It is well known as one of the diet programs favored by Oprah Winfrey. Dedicated people following this program may expect steady weight loss and better health over time. It is relatively simple to follow, with only three stages, few limitations, and gradual lifestyle changes that enhance weight loss.

The first phase of the diet is known as Phase One, and lasts up to four weeks. During this time, dieters slowly begin to get physically active and change their diet habits. Dieters are encouraged to eat one snack and three meals every day, avoid eating two hours before bed, and take vitamin supplements daily. Compared to many other diets, the first phase of the Best Life program is less restraining and gives dieters a better chance at succeeding with this plan.

Phase Two of the program lasts at least four weeks or longer, depending on how well your weight loss is proceeding. During this phase, dieters continue a healthy approach to dieting and increased exercise.
